	What area do you cover? We cover all of Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Hampshire and London.
	Can we get recommendations for your work? We are members of the Checkatrade association. You can also view client testimonies and pictures of our previous work on the examples of our work page
	Do you do insurance work? Yes we cover all aspects of insurance work.
	Do you supply a guarantee? We supply a ten year guarantee on any work we complete, excluding repair only jobs.
	Do you have a 24hr emergency call out? Yes please feel free to call us with your emergency repair. We will do our utmost to reach you as soon as we can and keep you in the dry!
	How soon can my work be done? We aim to send one of our experienced staff to the site within 2 days of enquiry. We will then post you a written quotation and upon acceptance we will contact you and work out a mutually convenient date for the work to begin.
	How long will it take? For a small mastic asphalt roof, you can usually expect it to be installed in a day. Although there are many factors to this, such as the extent of work to be completed and the inclement weather conditions, please be aware that we cannot work in the rain unless the site is undercover.
	When do I have to pay? We require full payment within 28 days of completion.
